SSAG then coordinates with the real estate agent to submit the paperwork correctly and arranges for an immediate offer to purchase the property. This initiates the short sale process with the associated lending institution. SSAG then conducts the negotiations with the lending institution to provide for the best possible outcome for the property owner in terms of post-sale financial ramifications. We also ensure that the real estate commissions and fees are paid from the proceeds of the sale thereby eliminating out of pocket expenses to the property owner.
SSAG provides a proprietary short sale management portal that ensures that the real estate agent and the property owner are provided with up-to-date information on the current status of their case. Along with Ascendant Realty, SSAG trains and certifies real estate agents to effectively handle the unique characteristics of real estate short sales.
